- CELEBRATE GRADUATE STUDENTS NIGHT
- Meet Kay, a 3rd year PhD candidate in the Gender Women’s Studies program. Kay moved to Lexington from Alabama.

- Between teaching, dissertation work, and classes they’re attending, Kay has been feeling over-worked and underappreciated. They miss the sense of community they had as an undergrad even though they have made a couple friends in their program, including their roommate Laura.
- Kay has been teaching a class for two semesters now, and is starting their third semester of the class.

- The Wildcats are ready for this weekend's game!
- Kay is heading to their office space in POT and sees a video playing on the Welcome Board in the Hub. It catches their attention because their advisor and the athletics director are standing together.

- The conversation continues, and Kay is feeling surprised and excited.Athletics Director: I know our athletics department couldn't get by without the hard work of our graduate student TAs, so it's great that we get to show how much we appreciate them by doing this.Joanne: Alright TAs, to get your free ticket, scan this QR code and fill out the short form. - Kay sends a text to Laura about the game. Neither have been to a UK football game yet, so they decide the free ticket is a good opportunity.

- During half time, the grad students are invited onto the field for activities. Each student is presented with a special commemorative certificate. The group takes a photo with Scratch while the stands cheer for the TAs.
