On a hot July day three girls, Jane, Addy, and Julie were on they way to the beach. They couldn't wait to take a dip in the ocean.#160;#160;
Maybe if I go on a diet or exercise more I can look like all those girls on Instagram. 
I'm so ugly and fat. Why can't I look like Madelyn? I want her life. 
While Addy was busy surfing, Julie was snapping a picture of the sand castle she just built. Jane was sitting in the shade scrolling through Instagram and was shocked by what she saw.
No I'm ok. I've got a stomach ache and I don't have an appetite. 
Hey kid, are you hungry for some lasagna?
It was a picture of Madelyn with her perfect boyfriend Ace. She had it all...the lush blonde hair, a stunning smile, a summer-ready bod, and that picture perfect pose. Jane was jealous of all that Madelyn had and become upset with her own personal looks. She compared herself to Madelyn and all that she had.  
When Jane got home she ran up to her room because she felt terrible about her own looks. She wanted to change everything about herself. She wanted to become more like Madelyn so that maybe one day she could have that perfect life. 
Later that night Jane was busy writing down everything she needed to do in order to change her style. She came up with a new exercise routine to help her burn more fat. Her meals were planned out for the rest of the week so she could count her daily calorie intake. She wasn't hungry that night and decided not to eat supper at all.
