- Abraham lived in Ur, Mesopotamia around 1700 BCE. He was a shepherd and was a patriarch of the Hebrew people. Abraham made a covenant with god....if he moves the Hebrews to cannon, it will be the promised land for all of the Hebrew/Jewish descendants.

- Jacob and his family had to move from Canaan from Egypt because they ran out of food, people were dying, their population was decreasing by a lot, and had no choose but to move to Egypt. When they got their the pharaoh treated them like their own.

- Moses was a Israelite but was raised by the pharaoh in their kingdom, came from a Israelite mom. Moses got into a fight and killed a Egyptian so the king Pharaoh banned from the land. God wanted Moses to go Egypt and tell the pharaoh to let his people go but the pharaoh refused and mad e the Israelite to work harder then they ever did before.

- When the Pharaoh refused to let the Israelite go a second time when Moses ask god place 10 horrible plague on the Egyptian kingdom and the pharaoh got made because the angle of death killed all the first born sons of the Egyptian because the Israelite put lambs blood on their doors to teal the angle of death they are an Israelite not an Egyptian. Moses went back to ask the pharaoh to exodus the Israelite and he did.
- The 10 Commandments are laws from god that Moses got by meeting god a the top of a mountain and god wanted Moses to use 10 commandments to the other to inform them they have to follow them. It´s important for Jewish, Christians, and others toady because these commandments were from god and go only so they were really special.
- Years go by and Moses passe away without entering the promise lands but Joshua his deputy took his place as leader. They conquered the promise lands then all of the tribes now settled into different places in the promise land. Jacobs tribe settled in the east of the promise land .
