Nitrogen and Hydrogen were normal childhood friends until they went to play next to a nuclear facility. It exploded leaving them injured but when they were healed they discovered that they had gotten super powers. Now grown up they have kept their powers a secret and have been using them for good. Nitrogen had gotten super strength and Hydrogen can separate himself into 3 clones of himself.

When they fight for justice they start off in a formation like this encouraging team work to take down the bad guys. When they are together they are known as ammonia

in their free time they give help to the city. They go to the different parks in the city and fertilize the dirt and trees very much like the real ammonia is used for in real life

in need of big help ammonia calls another superhero group that go by boron tri fluoride from the city next to theirs. together they defeat the monster threatening the world.
