Because this scene does not have a bill of rights, the woman has no choice and she lets the police into her home even though she does not want him to. If this were in a world with the Bill of Rights, the woman would not have to let the police into her home.

- This scene shows what life would be like without the 8th Amendment. In it, the girl gets a ticket, and the court makes her pay way too much. She doesn't like the price, but she has to pay it.
