If they want war but our troops numbers are decreased they will have to wait , if we have any lakes or rivers near start drilling into the ground there are deep water sources under all the drought, for now the people will have to eat fish and any meat if found.

How will we have war after our previous battle when we had lost a server amount of troops, and how did a drought happen?
