- You look so intensely focused on your laptop, Anaa. What are you reading that’s got you staring so hard? Share some of it with me, I might be interested too
- I’m reading about current ideological trends in postmodernism, specifically Relativism. It’s fascinating because this ideology completely denies absolutism, objectivism, and universalism. It claims there is no such thing as fixed or absolute truth. Instead, all cognitive, ethical, and aesthetic values are entirely dependent on individual human minds, which naturally differ. So, right or wrong is completely determined by each person.

- Wait, if everyone just lives by their own 'personal truth', wouldn't society completely collapse? Culturally, people would just do whatever they want.Morally, values would decay because the line between right and wrong gets blurred. Socially, we couldn't even correct someone's bad behavior without them saying, 'Well, this is my truth, don't judge me.'That's just going to cause social issues to worsen because no one can objectively judge what is wrong.
- You’re spot on, because the real-world implications are definitely dangerous. When morality becomes purely personal, society loses its compass. Traditional and religious values end up being marginalized and dismissed as mere constraints on personal freedom, which eventually leads to a severe deterioration of moral standards in public affairs

- That brings up a huge conflict with religion, which teaches absolute, unquestionable truths like faith in God. If everything is relative, it creates a serious logical contradiction. You can't claim 'God exists' and 'God doesn't exist' are both true at the same time. Ultimately, real truth must be grounded in fixed facts like religious and moral teachings.
- Exactly, which is why religion completely rejects relativism. As individuals and a society, we need careful planning and a strong filter so we don't get swept away by postmodern ideas that harm our way of life. Well, that got deep pretty fast—let's finish our coffee before it gets completely cold!
