- The class community is a space in which there are students who come together to learn at the school establishment. It is essential since it allows for children and teens to communicate with others and create relationships within themselves. In a proper class, all students feel included and valued but that isn't always the case. This is because there are a few conflicts that can arise. The most common conflicts are: verbal disagreements and organizational problems.
- Verbal disagreements are often found between students. The best solution for this is to try and separate the students causing the problem; if this solution is ineffective the best thing you can do for your class is to send them to an office to properly deal with the students. If this is not solved in time, the students may start fighting or physically abuse one another. It is important to try and solve verbal disagreements between students because they may learn from the experience and do better next time.
