  • If you mean the in-house psychologist : of course, it is free of charge ! I was able to express my fears and feelings but this person is not a technology specialist.

  • Not really, the information doesn't reach me. I think there's room for improvement in terms of communication and individual monitoring of employees. The relationship with hierarchy should be more direct.What are the other measures that have been implemented ?

  • An introductory AI program can help you gain essential knowledge and feel more confident about AI.Also, team exchange sessions are regulary organised to talk with specialists on the subject.

  • Hello, I remember you from one of those workers at ease with new technology. Have you been able to adapt to the newest ones and do you know how to work with them ?
  • As I need flexibility and autonomy in my learning, video tutorials really help me to be efficient at work and to quickly adapt. Having real-time access to the latest information on AI tools is a personal and collective benefit.

  • I never played video games, Actually, I never experienced the metaverse !I am very curious to discover this new reality.

  • How can I know which VR tutorial to use ?
  • The same way you do for classic tutorials : by using electronic performance support systems assessing your skills in key areas of AI, identifying gaps and recommanding appropriate trainings resources in real time. These systems will track your progress and adapt training plans based on your achievements to support continuous skill development.

  • I would like to give you some feedback on the mentoring system. I am very pleased my mentor guided me in my learning journey and helped me build confidence in my skills. She also helped me realise questions and challenges are normal.

  • The chatbot doesn't answer all my questions. This machine lacks of precision. I am aware a plateform listing all manuals and codified information is available but I struggle finding the right information.
  • I am sorry to hear that. For you to know there are very specific research methods, with filtering by category and certain keywords to be used. Are you aware of the video tutorial available on the company's central platform on information skills and search methods ?

  • I haven't joined one yet but a colleague did and is very pleased of this space allowing him to ask questions openly, which motivates me to do the same. I need to feel a sense of belonging within the company. I am not the kind of man who likes to go to afterworks, I prefer bounding by working.

  • It's normal to have such fear. Everything is done to avoid such a problem. Clear rules are established on who can access, store and share sensitive data.   • I have to say, implementing an online learning portal where employees can access courses on emerging technologies relevant to their roles was a sucess, especially thanks to evaluations conducted to identify employee's skill levels and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
  • Yes, we have allocated a large sum to expenditure on continuous learning in the workplace, particularly in relation to AI. We understood that this was in the interests of both the company and the employees.

  • Were the technology ambassadors willing to get involved?
  • There were few volunteers because many didn't think they were competent. We paid bonuses to each ambassador commensurate with the work done.

  • Further aspects for CEOs :Careful choice of designers of softwares and not entering some data such as gender, age or ethnicity to avoid unfair learning experience due to biais arising from deep-learning machines.Danger of alienation and obligation to prevent bore-out : human interaction must remain the norm.

  • As I was saying, in this age of digitalisation, we no longer know who or what we can trust... Data confidentiality awareness trainings are a good initiative but remain not easily accessible as it is a very technical subject. I would like to see these courses made more widely available.
  • I am relieved to know I can participate by making suggestions! But I'm still worried about data breaches... I am not an expert in data law...
