When I was younger, I was bullied for a variety of things. Often times it'd be due to my weight, my facial features, my personality, and other times it'd be due to something as simple as my ethnicity.
Do you ever shut up?
You're so ugly!
You're from a different country.

Not to mention, at home, there was always conflict. It was already hard for me to navigate through the constant bullying along with screaming, shouting, crying, and insulting at home. While it has died down as of today, it's unforgettable. Maybe this is the reason I cry so much. It's not healthy growing up in a household such as this.

Who am I?
The bullying never stop, and followed me all the way to middle school, which were some of the worst years of my LIFE.
In turn, I became extremely insecure about myself. It also made me confused of who I was, as a child who was given labels all the time.
Why must I cry so much?
Because of what had happened to me for so long, it ultimately shaped me to be someone who was very considerate of others, observant, and overall a sweet person. I never wanted to make anyone feel as if they aren't seen, heard, or important.
It got so bad where I almost took my own life. It still hurts, but I get through it one way or another.
Am I good enough?
I'm too scared.
All I ever wanted was to be nice to others, and it usually ended up in me being an advantage to others.
My bullying experiences and constant adult arguments at home led me to be this way. Some days, I don't know who I am. Other days, I know what to do.
