- A mentor is an experienced individual who provides guidance, support, and instruction to another person, often referred to as a mentee
- Cool! So if you're the mentor, does that mean I'm the mentee?
- Exactly!

- Your teacher helped pair us up together. She thought that we would get along well!

- But how does this whole mentoring thing work?
- You and I will spend some time together each week!

- What kinds of things do mentors and mentees do together?
- There are all kinds of mentoring relationships! For example, some do school work together, some do fun activities, and some eat lunch together!
