- Executive managers will make a big decision for the whole company and deliver the message to keep the company up front.
- We received complaints about our services being slow and having their wrong orders. Which we should have a goal to improve these issues so the customers can me satisfied.(1)
- Okay I will make sure of it and take this goal to your advisory. (3)
- Let's create a plan to train employees better. And I want you to take charge of this goal at your location. (2)

- Managers take the goals from the executive and make plans for the to carry them out the team.
- The CEO wants us to improve service. I'm going to start a meeting with the first line supervisors to talk about training and for faster services.
- We will focus on improving how we take and check orders and make sure new employees are well trained.

- First Line managers will directly be supervising the employees and make sure they're daily work is done.
- The manager wants us to focus on order accuracy. Which I will work with each shift to double check orders before they are even handed out. So, which we will do a smaller team meeting before we head to each shift to go over these goals and for customer servs.
