- He cannot be an angel. He holds too many human traits and I spoke to him in Latin, he does not understand. I will ask the bishop
- After a very long rainstorm, Pelayo was cleaning and getting rid of all the crabs in his house.
- I have been counting my heartbeats since I was a child and I ran out of number
- The stars are too loud, I cannot sleep
- Are you even alive?
- While going to his courtyard, Pelayo finds a very old man, lying face down in the mud, who, in spite of his tremendous efforts, couldn’t get up, impeded by his enormous wings. He goes to get his wife,Elisenda,immediately.
- As a kid, I snuck out to go to a dance without the permission of my parents. Then there was a thunderstorm that hit me and I was turned into a spider
- When they went to send him off, they found thewhole neighborhood in front of the chicken coop having fun with the angel, without the slightest reverence, tossing him things to eat through the openings in the wire as if he weren’t a supernatural creature but a circus animal. Then the local priest came to see the angel.
- A crowd starts to form of people that need different sorts of help. The old man stays calm most of the time until a man burns him with an iron.Elisenda gets money in exchange for entry.
- I sleepwalk and undo all I did during the day
- All of the crowd quickly disappears when a travelling show entered town around with a woman that was turned into a spider. The people quickly lose interest in the old man.
- The couple, now wealthy, started to get really annoyed by the man and was glad he was slowly dying in the winter. However, in the sunny days, he felt better, and some large, stiff feathers began to grow on his wings.
