Hi Amy, it's Ian. I would like to get a quote for D&O insurance for the company. but we have an ongoing employee grievance case that might cause a problem.

Now that's all filled in and I will send it to some underwriters who I think will provide a quote despite the employee grievance.

Hi Amy, I have just reviewed the Acord form for Data Analytics Inc D&O quote. They have a current employee grievance case which would usually be rejected but if you could provide some further detail, I can review it again.
