  • Recovery from Illness
  • The way we recover from illness can have long lasting effects on our body, and it all starts with what we eat.
  • A poor diet will lead to a distracted mind. Too much sugar can make us feel more stressed and tired.
  • Fast Food Freddy
  • Dark leafy greens such as kale, swiss chard, and arugula can help our immune system, and reduce inflammation. Healthy carbs can provide us with the energy needed for recovery, and omega rich foods like salmon increase immune response.
  • The food we eat has a big affect on the way our body reacts to the bad things that enter our body.
  • Junk food can be the cause to disease, and certainly won't be the solution. A high intake of sugar can lead to a damaged immune system. We will likely take longer to recover and feel more fatigued if our diet consists of bad food.
