- Harold's army walks to the north of England.
- We shall go to the north of England to fight Harald's army. They won't expect us if we are quick.
- Harold's army arrives early at Stamford bridge and finds the vikings completely unprepared. September 25, 1066
- My luck is unbelievable!
- Harold's army defeats Harald's army September 25, 1066.
- They were so easy to beat.
- William invades England September 28 1066. Harold's army has to go all the way back to the south of England.
- The winds finally changed! Here we are in England.
- I'm tired.
- We MUST keep going. We must go back to the south and stop William.
- I'm exhausted.

- William tells his men to play a trick on the English by pretending to escape, forcing them to come down the hill.
