There is alot of help and support out there for people with PTSD. The hardest part for people that suffer from PTSD is admitting they need help. So don't be afraid to ask for help and it will be there.

Exercice is one of many ways to help cope with PTSD as well as it being generally phisically healthy for the person it also helps them mentally. A studie suggests that people whoh go for at least a half an hour walk every day are generally happier people.
Therapy is also a great way to work through your struggles with PTSD. However this does not have to be a therapist it can be someone just to talk to and someone that will listen to what you are saying. It is much better to express your feelings than to bottle them up inside.
Another way you can help yourself while experiecing PTSD is to learn about your condition. You can learn about it from many sources but the best source is from people who have or are experiencing the same things you are. That is why joining a support group can be greatly benificial for you and others around you.
