Amazon has 2.5 million insects, 1,300 species of birds, 3,000 species of fish and 430 different mammals
CLIMATE
The tropical rainforest experiences a humid season through out the year.In the Amazon Rainforest , there are no periodic periods.
TEMPERATURE
Forest fires do happen in the Amazon during the dry season between July and October. They can be caused by naturally occurring events, like lightning strikes, but this year most are thought to have been started by farmers and loggers
