Sam notes that there can only be 333 trade union employees as the shop floor has 1000 employees.

Andy is the appointed Shop steward, however he still needs to report to Sam, as she is the Union Leader.

Sam is thinking about arranging a meeting, with the employers and managers, they need to sit and talk wage negotiation.
