In the Hotbeans website Steve finds careers that are suitable for his qualifications and certifications. There he found multiple careers that he might like to purse and is thinking of applying on their program. He also notices that Hotbeans offers courses to those who do not have enough qualifications or certifications.
Work with the team to create fabulous websites
Steve decides to apply to be for a Web Designer role. Steve being fluent with HTML and CSS thought Web Design would be perfect because he will enjoy using these coding languages to make websites and making them look great.
The Web Development team reviews Steve's application and decides to approve of it due to his outstanding qualifications that made them think he would be tailored for the web designer role. He is invited for an interview and so he can meet the team.
Steve accepts their offer for him to start as a Junior Web Designer who will be learning from the web developers in the team, they will offer him more guidance, knowledge and experience on the Web development industry.
