- Hello, Good afternoon sir how can I help you?

- Hello doc I am here since I wanted to have a doctor that is located close to my home address. I had to travel 5 hours just to have an appointment with my last doctor.
- Sir did you bring your health records with you? I need them just to make sure about the details of all your previous surgeries since you had done a lot in the past 5 years
- Oh I'm sorry I didn't. I'll try to call my doctor to have them sent to your clinic.
- Hello I am Dr. Yelly Maribao. What bring you here today?
- Back then we used to write everything on paper and when we needed a certain information we had to look for that paper.
- You see everything right know is a lot more accessible compared to how it was before. Also, we get to cut off the use of paper. How I wish the Philippines would adapt this system too as this can greatly help improve the healthcare system.

- The president has signed the mandatory usage of EHR system in all hospitals. A budget will be allocated to all government owned hospitals.
