- Ever since Layla was a child, she dreamed of building things that would change the world. But dreams, as Virginia Woolf once said, are fragile things when the world refuses to nurture them.

- Layla, now in her twenties, is working at her dream job. Her goal was clear, and that was to rise to the top and prove her worth in a world that doubted her place.
- Gleiten: 3
- Despite her brilliance, her ideas were often ignored or quietly stolen. Like Shakespeare’s sister, her genius went unrecognized, not for lack of talent, but for lack of an audience willing to listen.

- new leadership position open!!
- A new position opened up at her job. Finally, a chance to reach her goal a door she’d dreamed of walking through.
- Gleiten: 5
- This position isn’t the right fit for you. Leadership requires qualities you don’t have
- No matter how hard she tried, the door remained shut.

- The weight of rejection began to eat away at her hope, slowly and silently. Like Shakespeare’s sister, she began to question whether her voice had ever mattered at all.

- Even her victories were stolen, leaving her invisible in her own story.

- You’re great at supporting others. Maybe that’s where you should stay.
- But I've worked so hard on this!
- No matter how hard she tried to get a bit of recognition, she was always let down.

- Layla’s dreams didn’t suddenly break they slowly faded because the world never saw her worth. Like Shakespeare’s sister, she didn’t fall, she just quietly disappeared.
