- newtons first law
- with nutons 1st law, we should have hit the wall.with that much force, how is no one hurt
- Aw man, someone hit the bus, but none of us hit the wall. we all had our seat belts on.
- newton's first law states: an object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion unless acted on by an unbalanced force
- our seat belts saved us. it served as an unbalenced force stopping our bodies inertia

- I am pushing the packages with the same amount of force, but one is much harder to move. how.
- well the big box is filled with a lot of text books, while the other box has some office supplies. maybe that is why one is harder to push than the other
- Newton's second law states: that the accileration of an object is dependent upon 2 variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of an object
- oh, based on newton's 2nd law, the speed and the drection of the boxes depends on the amount of force I use to push it, and the mass of the box. so since the smaller box only has office supplies, it is faster when I push it, than with the big box, it will take more force
- how did the rocket get off of the ground, and into space

- scince the rocket is pushing down useing the flames, the aftermath, the flames is the ground pushing the rocket upwards! this is called action and reaction
