- Oh my gosh! I'm so nervous for high school next year, and I don't know what to expect and how to level up my GPA! And don't even get me started on AP classes!!

- That's pretty cool! But, how do they usually affect students?

- Is taking many AP courses positive or negative for students?
- AP classes can affect college success, but they only significantly impact higher education when students take around one to four courses. This is shown through AP scores. When too many courses are taken, it doesn’t substantially change college grades or performance.
- So now that I've calmed down ,can you tell me a little bit about these classes?
- Students in AP classes who usually do very well in their regular classes might not always perform as well in Advanced Placement classes, but the classes are still excellent enrichment that challenges students’ minds and helps them grow academically.
- Advanced Placement (AP) classes are harder classes that high school students can take to challenge themselves, learn college-level material, and raise their GPA. At the end of the year, students take an AP exam, and if they score high enough, they might earn college credit. They can also make students look better on college applications, but it can be difficult for some people on tests.
