The Boston massacre was A street fight between American colonist throwing snowballs and the squad British soldiers with guns. The American colonists were abusing the British verbally and physically. There were hundreds of American colonists against 5 British soldiers. The colonists were antagonizing the soldiers so the soldiers can look like they were at fault. The colonists were the first ones to tell fire towards the British soldiers.

The Boston Tea Party was a raid that took place where American colonists dumped boxes of tea from ships as a protest against the British. The Boston Tea Party was put together because the British put very expensive taxes on tea. As a consequence the British soldiers shut down Boston Harbor so no ship could leave or come in England.
Townshend Act June 1767
British tried to end smuggling trade in sugar and molasses from the French and at providing increased revenues to fund enlarged British Empire. This was an inconvenience to the colonists because they used sugar and molasses to make rum, and a main export in their trade. The Sugar Act failed to give the money that the Parliament expected. Despite the lower tax on molasses, and smuggling continued until the taxes were reduced.
