The cause of WW1.

In June 1914, the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, visited Sarajevo the capital of Bosnia.
A Bosnian, who was a member of a Serbian nationalist group, was planning on throwing a bomb at the Archduke.

The assassin threw the bomb but he missed, he did bomb some officers behind the Archduke.
The archduke decided to check on the injured officers and decided to go to the hospital. But the driver took a wrong turn.

While the driver took a wrong turn they encountered another assassin who shoots the Archduke.
The Archduke's death causes Austria-Hungary to get mad and blame his death on Serbia. Which causes everyone to go to war. That's how WW1 started.
