"So, I heard that Jessica and Jack had a huge argument in the conference today. It was wild!"
"You shouldn't be talking about that, Emily. It's personal."
"It's a big deal. Gossiping only makes it worst. Let them handle it privately."
Scene 1: In office room break, Emily suddenly comes over to Lisa to tell her the issue of Jessica and Jack. While Mica overheard them.
Gleiten: 2
"But Ben, it' not like we're saying anything too bad. It's just an interesting story."
"What's this I hear about Jessica and Jack? Gossiping again?"
"Exactly. If there's a conflict we should let the people involved deal with it directly."
Scene 2: Emily was called in the office of the team leader and she was scolded because of her behavior inside the workplace.
Gleiten: 3
"Listen team, here's the thing. When conflict arises, communicate directly with the person involved. Gossip just create more tension. Be professional, be respectful, and if you're not part of the issue, stay out of it."
Scene 3: All of the team members were called to have a brief meeting about what they should and shouldn't do inside the office workplace.
Gleiten: 0
"Come on everyone's talking about it! It's no big deal."
"No, Emily. We need to respect their privacy.
"Remember, communication + respect = resolution. Now let's go back to work."
