The queen is scared that Hamlet is going to hurt her and asks him what he is doing, and not to hurt her. Polonius doesn't know what is going on. Then Hamlet makes his move.
Not knowing it was Polonius Hamlet stabs him and realizes he got the wrong person and starts to worry.
Hamlet is asking for forgiveness from the ghost that gave him a job and he didn't follow. The ghost just told him to finish what he was supposed to do in the first place.
