- "The American Temperament Test society conducted breed temperament tests and Pitbulls were in the top 23%. That’s better than over one hundred of the different breeds tested. So then, you might be asking, Why does the pitbull have such a bad reputation?"
- "It started when they were used in England in the 1830s to eradicate rats and other rodents. People found this amusing and started pitting dogs against each other, Pitbulls being the face of the whole problem."
- "Since then, Pitbulls have been the main breed of dogfighting, leading to their downfall. It was never the dogs that were the problem, just the trainers behind it."
