- I need to pick up some supplies from the store - I'll probably go to Target, since I have a pretty varied list. I would also love to look for a gift for my niece's birthday next weekend... I just don't have a ton of time...
- Hi Nancy! I'm your Personalized Shopper today. Let me push your stroller - the diapers are in Aisle 3, we should head there first.
- Thank you! I have my hands full today!
- Nancy is a new mom of three - her baby boy was just born and she has a 4 year old daughter, Sue, and a 6 year old son, Mark.
- Hey Nancy - there is a buy two, get one free deal on cleaning products - did you want to add another package of paper towels to your cart?
- Your cart total is $56.78, and we only have a few more items on your list. They're all at the front of the store - let's head there.
- Nancy has her hands full and a long list of items to buy, but not a lot of time to do so. She doesn't have other options for childcare, so she needs to take her three kids to the store with her.
- We have lots of options for clothes for your niece - do you like the look of these?
- She would love that hat!
- At the store, a Personalized Shopper greets Nancy and asks what she needs help with. Nancy shares that she has a long list of items and is also looking for a gift for her niece. The Personalized Shopper offers to push her stroller, while guiding her to her first items in the store.

- As they walk through the store, Nancy's Personalized Shopper uses her iPad to scan items into Nancy's cart, sharing details on inventory and savings as they go.
- Nancy's Personalized Shopper also offers ideas for gifts for her niece and shows Nancy options as they walk through the aisles.
- Nancy's Personalized Shopper presses Check Out on the in-store app, takes Nancy's form of payment, and helps her push her cart out of the store. Nancy is on her way home with everything she needs!
