- Easy for you to say that because you get paid enough, we can't even take care of our families properly. Don't anoy me

- Honesty speaking guys, I'm not okay with all this, I mean all the strikes were for nothing.

- Seriously though, when will all this end, each and everyday you are o about this. we are sick of hearing it

- Bongani them and Pieter are shouting at each other in the storeroom
- The manager needs to hear about all this not even the steward could resolve it. It's getting out of hand.
- Pieter might be the one who started everything, he thinks he's better than all of us because they earn more.
- Pieter walked into the storeroom where Bongani and the other were talking about how unhappy the were about the whole situation, Pieter seemed to have a problem about it all
- Good day Sir, I am really tired of Pieter treating us like we're nothing he always sees a problem whenever we talk among ourselves about how we feel. I mwan we're not okay the least we can do is speak about it

- The workers were starting to get angry with Pieter and started arguing with one another, they were yelling at the top of their voices.
- Uhm hey Bongani, I am truly sorry for my behaivour I don't know what came ove me. I'm sorry.

- I am also sorry Pieter for the words i said today it was justb that I was angry, anger took place. I'm sorry too
- I would like to apologise for my childish behaviour and to everyone I hurt, I'm truly sorry.
- One worker overheard what was happening in the storeroom and went on site to tell the other workers, that's when they thought that Bongani should go to the manager and not even the steward himself
- That's very manly of you to acknowledge your wrongs and for that, apology accepted
- We're also sorry for all that has been happening it wasn't your fault,
- They were both in a meeting with the manger and that's when the manager told them if they don't sort out their differences they will all be dismissed
- But Sir.... you know what, noted Sir,
- After the meeting Pieter went to Bongani and apologised about all that has been happening. Bongani accepted his apology and apologised too.
- I'm happy that you acknowlegde the fact you were being insensitive and for that I forgive you my man.
- All the workers were now happy that they put their differences aside because at the end of the day they all realised they coildn't do anything to save the situation just to remain focused for a peaceful working environment.
- Here's to a new peaceful working environment, this calls for a celebration, let's go have lunch.
