We're taking your house and using it to build a factory.
Nothing, it's for the better of the city.
You can't do that! What are you paying me?
After a long day at work, Sandra comes home and sees a police officer putting an 'eviction notice' poster on her door. She asks him what he's doing and he tells her he is destroying her house to build a factory for the city. Sandra tells the officer that he can't do that without a fair trade, but the officer doesn't listen and continues putting signs on her door. This goes against the 5th Amendment, which says that the government cant take someones property without paying fair price.

Hey you! You can't carry a gun!
Why not? I'm only going hunting.
This man is only trying to hunt when a police officer shows up. The officer tells him he is not allowed to have a gun. This goes against the Second Amendment, which states that you have the right to bear and keep arms. The man had a right to carry his gun to go hunting.

We're here to live in your house.
What? No! You can't do that!
Sherry is at home and getting ready to go out. 2 soldiers show up and tell her they are living in her house. Sherry is confused and mad and shouts that they can't do that. They can't. Sherry is right. This goes against the 3rd Amendment which says that you don't have to house soldiers unless in war, but even then congress has to pass a law.
