Christopher Columbus presents the idea of a voyage to India for goods to Queen Isabella of Spain although he is from Italy.
Hi Queen Isabella, I hope you are having a wonderful day. I would lie, to propose an idea. I think I should go on a voyage to India and get very expensive goods.
That sounds like an excellent idea Mr. Columbus. I will fund the entire voyage.

I see land! We have reached India!
Yay! I can’t wait to get the Asian goods and trade it.
Well that was quick. Only three months, I thought it was supposed to be much longer.
Columbus and his crew consisting of sailors on the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria spot land and believe it is India. This was confusing to some on the ships because it only took them three months to reach the country.

This is not India and who are you? We are in a place called America.
Look it’s an Indian, this must be India!
Columbus arrives on October 12, 1492 in what he thinks is India but is confronted by a Native person who explains he has not reached India and that it was really the Caribbean islands which is apart of the Americas. Columbus claimed the land for Spain and claimed he was the first to explore the new land.
