Excellent. Because the Townshend Act remains on tea, Britain will still be able to tax the colonists!

The Dartmouth is entering Boston Harbor and it's loaded with cases of tea
There are 2 more ships coming...the Elenor and the Beaver. There are hundreds of chests on board.

Governor Thomas Hutchinson, you must send these ships back to Britain!
I won't do that. They must unload and we must pay the tax!

We will close the port of Boston so they can't get supplies until they pay! We won't let them govern themselves, and they will have to house our soldiers in their homes!
