Abusive Relationship

Here we see a relationship that isn't all the best. They had just gone shopping and were on their way back to their house when they got into a full-fledged argument. The girl, Nancy, is asking her boyfriend, Nick, why he has been so angry and abusive towards her. For reference, Nick is 16 and so is Nancy. They have been in an abusive relationship for months now.
Why are you always pushing me around and hitting me all the time? I feel nervous being around you when you get so mad.
