  • The user gets to keep the last animal as a congratulations gift for completing the activity.The user can click on the button on the bottom right corner to exit out of the activity.
  • The user personalizes their experience by changing the traits listed above of their avatar. When they are happy with the results, they click the green button on the bottom right corner to start the activity.
  • Thank you for all your help! We will make sure to take care of our dog well.
  • When the user clicks on the green button on the bottom right corner, the purple button on the top left corner appears. It will lead them to a screen where they will be able to see all the animals inside the shop.

  • The user must select the animal that the customer requested. Depending on whether they have clicked on the right animal, the user receives positive or negative feedback. The number of animals shown onscreen changes as the user proceeds with the activity, and since this is the last encounter, there are only 2 animals left to choose from.
  • The user receives this positive feedback if they clicked on the right animal in the previous screen. They can move onto the next encounter by clicking the green button on the bottom right corner.
