- Hi I am Kiley and I live and breathe softball that is my everyday life. Today I am joining my new team and I have to make a good impression. I have already met some of them before but I haven’t known them for a long time. Today we have practice and this will be my new regular.
- Hi! I'm Kiley and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am excited to start this season with you guys!
- So, this is some people on my tem. Not everyone is here right now but these 3 are the ones that I hangout the most with. This is Taylor, Brynn, and Kiersten. I have had a couple of practices with them already and I am really glad I joined this team.
- I'm Kiersten
- I needed to find a way to save her from the villain. First, I had to find out where he was keeping her. Maybe at a different softball park? Maybe out in the woods where he first came from? I tried looking in both spots and nothing, I couldn’t find her. I was giving up and I was too scared to do this all on my own. Then, out of nowhere my two Friends appeared, Brynn and Kiersten. They said they would help me defeat the bad guy.

- I'm Taylor
- One day we were at practice and we heard noises. I was in the outfield by some trees and I thought I heard noises coming from there too. We continued, but out of nowhere this man appeared. He was wearing a mask so we couldn't tell who he was. I have heard of him before as the Softball snatcher. He comes and takes softball players and no one knows why or who he is.
- So we set out on an adventure, the very first thing we had to do was find where they were hiding. We looked everywhere. Then an idea came to why he would want to take softball players? Maybe he was another coach from a different team. Maybe he didn’t want to lose to us so he took one of our best pitchers. Then it hit me, our arch rivals, the Bandits. It had to be their coach and I knew exactly where he could be.
- woosh!
- Is that the softball snatcher! We have to get out of here
- I knew he would be in his old softball building. It used to be his but he moved to another building. When we finally got there it was old and nothing was really in there. Then we hear a loud bang from the door closing from behind us! This blew our cover! So he then said,"well well well look who showed up looked like you figured out who I am". Then I just sat there are noded saying nothing. Then we finally had the courage to talk to him. We asked him what we could do to get Taylor back.
- I was there with my coaches and my softball team. Taylor was in the infield while I was still in the outfield. He was just flying above us and we didn’t know what to do. As we were trying to run away he swooped down and grabbed her. Almost like a bird! We couldn’t catch him because he could fly. He took one of the girls, now we had to get her back!
- Oh no! He got her!
- HAHAHA! GOT YOU!
- He gave us tasks that our team had to complete or else he would Taylor and take us to. So we headed back to the fields
- Hey, we thought that you might need help. So we are here if you need us!
- The very first set of tasks were to field 5 balls in a row! We could not mess up or we would have to start all over. Also we only had 5 minutes to do it. Brynn was the one that was going to do it because she is the best fielder on the team. So we started, he was the one hitting the ground balls. She got 1! 2! 3! But she missed the 4th one. It’s okay, we still have time. Then she got the next 5 all in a row! Task 1 done!
- Nothing over here!
- Same! But I might know were to go.
- The next task had to do with hitting. We had to hit 5 home runs in under 5 minutes again. But it wouldn’t be off of a pitcher, it would just be off of soft toss. I was the one that was going to do this task. He started the timer and we started hitting. I got the first 4 in 4 minutes. I had just one more to go! It was ticking down to the very last second and bam I got the 5th one!
- Yes, Now what can we do to get our friend back?
- I see you have found me.
- The final task was one of us had to beat the villain in a race. I was going to do this one too. Then my friend Keirsten said she hadn’t done any one the tasks yet. So she said she would do it instead. They lined up and they had to run all the way around the bases. I counted them down and they were off! It was close the whole race. They kept going back and forth on who was ahead. But at the very last second Keirsten pulled out the win and we got Taylor back!
- OK we will do whatever it takes!
- You will have to complete 3 tasks in order to get Taylor back
- We left and we didn’t do anything to the villain. We just made him promise he wouldn’t do it again or we would turn him in. I guess everyone gets a little too competitive sometimes. After that we left and went back to playing some softball.
- Yes! Go Brynn! You got this!
- Yes! 5 in a row baby!
- 1,2,3,4,5 over the fence! We did task two
- 3,2,1 Go! You can win this Keirsten!
- Let's go play some softball!
