Queen Gertrude and Polonius are talking about Hamlets recent behavior.  
Come, come, and sit you down. You shall not budge while I speak.
What is happening?
Hamlet came into the room and Polonius hides. 
What have you done?
Intruding fool. Farewell, old man. I did not intend to kill you. I mistook you for your better.
Hamlet and his mother get into an argument. 
Oh, my dear Hamlet, your imagination makes something out of nothing! You are insane!
Madness? My pulse, like yours, is calm. Don’t excuse your sins by saying that I am mad! Confess to heaven!
Hamlet do not forget your real task! O, step between your mother and her fighting soul!
Queen Gertrude calls out for help and Polonius from hiding, asks what's wrong. 
Hamlet mistakes Polonius for King Claudius and kills him. 
The ghost of Hamlet's father appears to him. He tells Hamlet to stay on track and remember who the real enemy is.
