Storyboard Beschreibung
This storyboard is a sample end product for the WebQuest "How to Train Your Avatar". The WebQuest is aimed at Year 10 students as part of the Digital Technologies curriculum and Digital Literacy General Capabilities. Students participating in the WebQuest are expected to create their own digital comic to represent new understanding of the concepts around digital citizenship - with a focus on netiquette, online privacy and security.

- OK time for your first training session... Let's talk about Netiquette... Respectfully! You gotta tame that inner swamp monster!

- Think about it this way... Just because it may seem anonymous does not mean you can (or should!) behave any differently to how you would in the physical realm

- Um you know that is not the aim of the game right?... But do you know what the aim of the game is for social media companies?
- Well they are NOT offering you a "free" service out of the goodness of their hearts. YOU are the commodity. The longer they can keep you glued to that screen, the more money they make from advertising. Think about how well they are (or aren't) upholding the APP's!

- Our last session... online security. I know you might have some things in common with the "boys in blue" but do you really want to end up here reporting a crime?
- RRRR-UUURRRHH!?
- Always keep your personal safety in mind when you're online. If a site offers multifactor authentification, use it! Ensure you use different passwords (a reputable app can help you keep track of them all). Stay ahead of the curve, cybercrime will only get worse as AI becomes more advanced
