- Adler believed that one's individual struggle for superiority helped to build their personality. One's struggles would change based on their birth order and therefore people that fall in the same place in birth orders will share similar personality traits.
- How Eysenck Sees Me

- Karen Horney believed that our personality develops from our need/desire for love. How we react to not getting enough love and dealing with rejection builds our personality.
- How Rogers Sees Me
- I am a good person, who puts my best foot forward, I am honest, and I can accomplish anything

- Costa and McCrae believed that each person's personality is made up of different traits. There are five main traits that become apparent at a young age: openness,extraversion,agreeableness, conscientiousness, andneuroticism.

- Eysenck believed that our personalities are guided by two dimensions. We are either extraverted or introverted and either stable or unstable. What side we fall on for each will determine what our personality is like.

- Carl Roger's believed our personality is built on self actualization, our tendency to always want to be the best version of ourselves. Rogers thought our personalities were affected by the degree of overlap between our real and ideal selves.
- Albert Bandura believes that the interaction between what people think, how they behave, and the environment they are in determines their personality.
