- “Sorry, Kayla,” he said. “I haven’t seen an art scholarship issued to a student weak in computer skills for the last five years, definitely not since 2020. You shouldn’t expect to get one, or even to be accepted at the art schools you’ve applied to. That’s just how it is.”

- Kaylas first weakness is that she cannot get into art school. The way that Kayla shows her weakness is that she gets told that she wont make it to art school, and she has a reaction to it. She didn't really grow, she sort of just gave up on art school. I feel that the ghost wouldn't like that she is giving up, but she is focusing on the barcode so I think he ghost would be neutral.
- “That bar code killed your father,” her mother said dully. “I want it off of me.”Kayla wanted to shake her mother. How many times was she going to repeat that awful statement without explaining? “Why do you keep saying that?” she asked. “Tell me what you mean.”“It’s better if you don’t know,” her mother answered.

- This is where the weakness of the barcode begins for her. The way that kayla hows her weakness is that she goes really in depth in fighting the barcode. As I said she didn't grow, she is just focusing on the barcode. I think the ghost would approve, and encourage her fight.
- I think that she will end up fighting a war against the barcode society and global 1. The way that Kayla will show her weakness is that she will fight and go against the barcode, she could die. Not really sure. She may grow and actually make a change. I feel that if this were to happen, the ghost would encourage it.
