- This Story starts in the living room wear maddie finds her mom day after day drinking away the sad feeling of her husband dying. Every day maddie helps her mother get over it.

- Maddie Fynn is a shy high school junior, cursed with an eerie ability: she sees a line of unique digits hovering above the foreheads of each person she encounters. Those digit are death dates.
