- This is absolutely disheartening!
- Typhoon Odette has damage almost everything on our community. After it hit, trees and plants were scattered everywhere and some houses were destroyed. Not only that, everyone was in complete shock how everything was changed morning after the typhoon.
- I will be giving free water for everyone!
- People in our community were already disheartened by the damage they saw. It cannot be pictured out how such typhoon caused massive effect to the community in such a short period of time. The town was really very noisy and it was a mess.
- Let's clean this place and  make sure to ask for support for goods.
- People from different communities are also lining up to get water since there is no electricity. They were patiently waiting for water and goods from barangay officers and other people who can willingly help them. Some were also having placards to articulate their needs.
- One hero that I can remember in our community was a guy I don't know who. I can clearly remember how he selflessly render water for us since he owned a water refilling station. He also allowed us to get rejected water from their refills to be used for laundry and many more.
- Throughout the course of the recovery, he also initiated clean ups for our community and gathered people to help him in making sure that everyone in our community gets goods and water.
- I also can say that we give credit to each other for all the help rendered to put back our community back in normal. There was a clean up drive, meeting for free goods and water and we were also cooperative with everything. Some also share their blessings by letting people charge their phones and appliances with their owned generators. A month after, the community was back at peace.
