- Saladin lead Muslim forces to take The Holy City Of Jerusalem. It was after this that the three rulers, Fredric, Richard I, and Philip II, decided to start the 3rd crusade.
- After the fall of Fredric, and after Philip went back to his land, Richard made a peace treaty with Saladin. This treaty made it so that all Christian pilgrims had safe passage to Jerusalem.
