- KRISTY!! You're supposed to offer the job around. You know that. It's YOUR rule.
- I'd like to sit for Lucy too, you know.

- No, you're the only job-hog I see at the moment.

- The Baby-Sitter's club gets together. Mary Anne, Stacey, Claudia, and the president, Kristy.

- Okay, guys -- we've been mad at each other for weeks now and it's time we stopped.
- The club got into huge fight because Kristy got excited and broke the rules.

- I don't want the club to break up either. You guys are my best friends here in Stoneybrook.
- Nobody from the club was friends with each other. They are all angry and alone. Claudia and Kristy are mad at each other the most.

- Mary Anne had made a friend while the club's fight. Kristy got even madder at Mary Anne and didn't even look at her.

- New? Oh. Um, no. It's just ... my friends are all ... absent today.
- Oh. My name's Dawn Schafer.

- The girls don't know what to do about the club. They are ruining all the jobs and the club. They all go to Claudia's house and end up apologizing.
