- Okay wonderful. So Today you'll be working on the pipes. But before you get started I'm going to remind you of The OHSA provided Health and Safety responsibilities u have as a worker.

- Amazing. Also always remember violating these responsibilities means you have broken the law.
- Okay ill make sure to remember that.
- Remember to follow your safety training, and demonstrate Your Responsibilities as a worker if needed. These pipes are very old so there is a chance of asbestos. Let me know immediately if you see any and do not continue working as you will disrupt it. If there is any I'll get to work removing it tonight byt you'll have to stay late to help. Sound good?

- Okay so there are 4 responsibilities that you always have to follow. The first being To report hazards. Basically if a guard is missing, if safety devices or equipment are not working properly, or conditions have changed , that could cause a hazard, or if any Ontario safety laws aren't being followed, you must report this to me. The next is to Be proactive, you most report those conditions I just listed, as soon as you see it. The third responsibility is, The responsibility to work safely. Meaning you are responsible to use all equipment and machinery properly, you cannot make any changes to equipment, remove any safety devices, or take any shortcuts. Finally the last responsibility , is to use or wear protective devices. So when required you must wear safety devices and you cannot remove them. Okay i know that was a lot but do you understand your responsibilities?
