The Yemasee, fearing the Spanish would enslave them or kill them decided to flee and seek refuge in South Carolina.

Attack them troops
The Yemasee were wecolmed and treated well at first. They were no longer worried about being enslaved and killed and were recieving a fair price for their good they traded the colonist.
Outcome
The Cherokee side with the Colonists
The good relationship did not last long though. Soon the colonist were begining to take advantage of the Yemasee. The Colonists did not pay them a fair price any more and even started to take their land that they had settled on.
Effects
We barely survived so I guess we are better heading back to Florida
The Yemasee were fed up with the mistreatment and attacked colonists. Then the Colonist used its Militia to put down the Yemasee. The Colonist won, but the war was not over
We are outnumbered
The Cherokee came in and fought on the side of the Colony, after battling the Cherokee they Yemasee were mostly dead and had little choice but to retreat again.
We have no choice but to run
After being cheated and most of their population dead after two costly battles the Yemasee decided the best option was to retreat back to Florida
