- Colin, who had been stronger than ever felt a strange tiredness returning. Mary tried to hide her worry but deep inside she feared the magic of the garden was slipping away.
- Colin slowly began to improve again. The memories of the place,the laughter, the friendship, the sense of hope, stayed alive inside him Mary realized that the garden's true power had never been the plants themselves, but the change it sparked within them

- One evening, as the evening shook the old walls,Mr.Craven returned unexpectedly.When he entered the garden and saw Colin weak and pale he panicked. Believing that the garden harmed his son, he locked the garden door again.
- Weeks later, Colin walked confidently across the room without help. Mr.Craven, shocked by his recovery, finally understood: the garden had never been a place of danger. İt had been a place of healing.

- Colin became ill again and everything was going back to the where it all started until...
- Mr.Craven removed the locks and returned the key to Mary. Together, they reopened the garden. Tough some flowers had died, new ones began to grow again, proof that even after darkness, life could return.
