- reenactment of mickey and eddie dying
- mr j leaves mrs j with 7 kids
- mrs j finds out shes having twins
- twins
- a reenactment of what happens at the end of the play. mickey shoots eddie and mickey is shot by a police officer in a council room
- mrs l asks for one of mrs js babies
- mrs j , with seven kids and pregnant with another, is left by her husband after being married at young age
- the newborn twins are separated
- mrs j finds out she is having twins. she is worried about this as the social services have already threatened to take her kids away because she cannot control them but now she is even more worried that she wouldntbe able to cope with two more kids with one more baby i could have managed but with two. the welfare has already been into me
- eddie and mickey befriend each other after being separated
- hearing this mrs lyons, mrs js employer of a higher class, forms an idea. she cannot have a child so she suggests that she have one of her babies. mrs j is hesitant at first ut then warms up to the idea after mrs l promises that the child will grow up happy and healthy and ms j can see him every day.
- mrs j is forced to give over one twin. after a couple of visits, mrs l tells mrs j that she is fired and cannot see her son any more. mrs j tries to fight her on this but mrs l uses her beleif in swearing on the bible (which they did before the children were born ) and her supersticious behaviour as emotional black mail to convince her you know what they say about twins seceretly parted dont you?
- after seven years of being separated, eddie and Mickey finally meet each other and quickly become friends. when mickey finds out that they share a birthday, he suggests they become blood brothers which Eddie agrees to
