Alcohol can defiantly affect your physical health because with all the alcohol in your system it can affect your blood pressure and your heart to have irregular heart beats.
Wow mom, I never knew how much alcohol can affect someone, my strategy is going to be eating healthy food everyday and drinking lots of water to help my physical, social, and mental/emotional health.
